I am a transactional engineer and love working on real estate deals. Whether it’s putting a plan together for a client so they can qualify to buy their new home in a few months, or it’s creating out a win-win situation for a short-sale seller and buyer, I figure out how to make the deal happen.

Reverse Mortgage: Seniors can take advantage of a Government Program to pay off an existing mortgage, get cash back, or even purchase a home with no income or credit qualification.
HomePath: A great way to buy a Fannie Mae-owned property. The program requires a low-downpayment and has no monthly mortgage insurance payments. An appraisal is not required for HomePath properties, which can be a deal-breaker nowadays.
